YG461E-II Full Automated Fabric Air Permeability Tester

I. Applications:

This YG461E-II automatic air permeability tester can be compared to Textest air permeability tester and AKUSTRON air permeability tester, high precision to test. It is used for testing the air permeability property of a variety of textiles,industrial fabrics,non-woven fabrics, industrial filter cloth (paper) ,microporous membranes, papermaking, blankets, coated fabrics, permeable leather, plastic and other chemical products.

III. Features:

1. Simple operation. Adopt an automated design, can automatically replace the airflow nozzle through the control system, don't need manually replace, to improve the detection efficiency.

2. Clamp convenience. Unique sample holder design, specimen can be clamped once press, and release the specimen when press again. Greatly reducing clamp time.

3. A large area test specimen. Special sample holder design, greatly increasing sample size can be tested, without cutting sample, to test different regions of the sample, to analyze the breathable uniformity of product, more convenient to control product quality.

4. High test accuracy. LCD screen display control, microcomputer systems and imported high-precision pressure sensor to precisely control the amount of suction, automatic tracking and display each point measured pressure, high stability, test data accurate. And all test data are displayed directly on the control screen, without manual look-up to calculate air permeability rate, greatly improving the efficiency of operator.
